About Me
Games have enticed me for as long as I can remember and I have studied game development for many years. As a Narrative Designer at Fatshark, I have worked on the development and release of Darktide. Having worked in teams as well as in solo projects, taking on different roles, I am used to different workflows. The areas I’m most interested in are narrative, writing and game design which are areas I ideally see in conjunction, as I believe games are at their strongest as a narrative medium when story and gameplay align.

Each of the first 4 stages being represented as a Puzzle Level in Royas dreams.

I designed mechanics, and levels, wrote story and was part of coming up with the concept for Slime: a Dungeon Escape. This is a Roguelike 2D-Platformer Inspired by games like Spelunky and Kirby. You play as Slimy, a Slime that works in a dungeon for an evil empire. After receiving free will through a potion Slimy wants to escape. You must find the exit of procedurally generated levels while picking up power-ups and combining them to aid in combat and platforming.

The Stowaway

I designed puzzles and wrote the story for The Stowaway. This is a First-person Point & Click Adventure Game set on a spaceship headed to Mars. You Play as a stowaway on this spaceship when the engine malfunctions but with a fully automated crew & all legitimate passengers in hyper-sleep you're the only one capable of saving the ship from impending doom. The player must solve puzzles to access additional parts of the ship while finding tablets with logs to figure out what went wrong.
Deliverone
Design & Narrative
I Designed mechanics and wrote the story for Deliverone. This is an Arcade-style Air Combat & Delivery Game. The game implements elements from Lunar Lander and Arcade Shooters in a 3D environment. The game is set in the not too distant future where all personal items are delivered by drones. Meanwhile competing courier companies have combat drones sent out to attack your cargo to decrease your rating. Your job is to deliver items while protecting your cargo from getting damaged.
